Our parent teacher interviews which are known at Knights Stream School as whānau hui conferences are happening early in Term 3 on Tuesday 2 August and Thursday 4 August.

Whānau hui conferences are a great opportunity to touch base with your child’s whānau group teacher to learn about how your child is progressing at school, discuss their mid year report, and set some new learning goals for the second half of the year.  Each conference is 10 minutes long, and conferences can be booked now through Skool Loop.  Please see the attached information sheet as it provides further details about the whānau hui conferences, and instructions for downloading the app and booking a conference time.

Please note that school will finish at 2:30pm on Tuesday 2 August and Thursday 4 August to allow time for teachers to prepare.  To ensure that all families are able to book and attend a conference time, conferences will take place between 3pm and 8pm on Tuesday, and between 3pm and 6pm on Thursday.

If you have a new entrant child who has recently started school and/or have not had their 6 week settling into school interview, you do not need to book a conference time.
