Dear KSS Whānau,
After so long in isolation we are finally close to some form of normal life!
On Monday the Prime Minister will announce whether we will move to Alert Level 2. If this happens (and it is looking very likely) school will reopen for everyone on Monday 18 May.
We have been working with the guidelines provided by the Ministry of Health and Education to ensure our site meets all their requirements. This will ensure you and your tamariki remain safe while we try to end the tail of the COVID-19 Virus.
Kaimahi (staff) will be onsite next Thursday and Friday to prepare their spaces and programmes. The team are very excited about seeing our tamariki!
Please find attached the Level 2 Protocols and Safety Plan. As part of our preparations there is another very short survey for you to complete to help us plan the opening of school. This needs to be completed by Wednesday 13 May.
Take the time to read the information provided and ensure this is discussed with your child/ren. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
